We only collect what we need to deliver your order and look after you.
What we collect
- Your name, email, phone number and delivery address, so we can deliver your order and send your receipt
- Your order history and saved addresses if you create an account
- Your email, if you join our mailing list
- Basic visit data through Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, to understand how the store is used
Your location
If you tap “Use my current location”, your device shares its position with us once so we can find your street. We send it to OpenStreetMap to look up the address, show you the address, and only keep it if you confirm it and place an order or save it to your account. We do not keep your position itself.
Payments
Payments are handled by Paystack. We never see or store your card details.
How we use your data
To process orders, deliver them, send receipts and updates, and answer your questions. If you join our list we also send occasional offers. You can unsubscribe at any time. We do not sell your data.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing us. This policy follows the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA).
