Returns and refunds
We want you to love what you order. If something is not right, here is what happens.
Damaged or wrong item
Message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or refund you in full, including delivery.
Changed your mind
You can return unopened, unused items within 7 days of delivery. The item must be in its original sealed packaging. You pay the return delivery. We refund the item price once we receive it.
What we cannot take back
- Perfumes, skincare and makeup that have been opened or used (for hygiene reasons)
- Candles that have been lit
- Items bought with a final-sale discount
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Paystack, usually within 5 to 10 working days.
